The Merton Hotel’s interesting history is reflected in the rustic charm of our friendly, family run hotel. We offer a warm welcome with modern facilities to accommodate both commercial guests and leisure weekend breaks.

To make your stay a comfortable one each room has “en suite” bathroom facilities. Hairdryer, ironing board, room service and daily papers are available upon request. All you need do is ask at reception for details. Wireless Internet is available with Cafeconnect in public areas.

All fifteen bedrooms are tastefully and comfortably furnished, with  television and tea making facilities. There is a policy of “No smoking” in each bedroom although arrangements are in place to accommodate those who may wish to smoke.

Our latest check in time is 10.30pm and although the Hotel usually closes for the night at approximately midnight, guests are able to access the Hotel with their own front door key.
